The Wilmington Treatment Center was founded in 1984 by a group of individuals whose lives were affected by the disease of alcoholism or addiction. Since that time, we have been committed to providing the best possible treatment, based on the 12-Step philosophies, to those individuals seeking recovery.
The goal of the Wilmington Treatment Center is to restore the individual to a healthier, happier more productive life, free from destructive behavior and dependence on addictive chemicals. We believe successful recovery encompasses several changes including improvement in self-esteem, interpersonal relationships, improvement in family interaction, vocational productivity, the establishment and attainment of realistic life goals and a healthy life style adjustment.
Wilmington Treatment Center has built a nationally recognized reputation and has long standing relationships with the medical and mental health communities as well as The Joint Commission.
