ASSESSMENTS, ADMISSIONS, and FINANCIAL Information

There is a phone assessment with each potential client. Once they are scheduled for admission, they will be set with a date and time. Upon the admission, there is another assessment regarding medical and drug history from admissions as well as a nursing assessment. Regular admissions staff is here M-F through 8pm and weekends to 4pm. Scheduled admissions will be handled by the Nursing staff.

Wilmington Treatment Center bills on a service rendered basis. Our fees are based on the lowest possible charges consistent with sound financial planning. Wilmington Treatment Center contracts as participating providers with most major insurance companies including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UHC/UBH, Cigna, Medcost, Aetna, Magellan, Physicians Health Plan (PHP) and also a TRICARE provider.

We accept Medicare/Medicaid for the portions of our program that they reimburse. Any non-covered services or days are the client's responsibility financially. These arrangements must be made prior to admission to the facility. We also maintain several county related contracts for referred services from county agencies, however, these funds are limited, and are administered by the county agencies themselves, as are the referrals for our services.
